血管外科护理实习带教中翻转课堂教学探讨

Discussion on Flip Classroom Teaching in Vascular Nursing Practice Teaching

通过分析翻转课堂教学模式在血管外科护理实习带教中的应用效果,对现有护理实习教学模式进行创新,优化学生护理实习效果。从2020年6月—2022年6月血管外科收纳的专科护理实习生中随机抽取100例,将其分为观察组和对照组;针对对照组实习生采取传统教学模式,观察组实习生采取翻转课堂教学模式,待实习结束后分别对两组护理实习生的实习成绩和带教满意度进行比较分析,探究翻转课堂的实际应用价值。研究显示,观察组实习生的血管外科专科基础知识、临床护理成绩、带教满意率均明显优于对照组,且P<0.05,两组差距存在统计学意义。结果表明,翻转课堂在血管外科护理实习带教中具有良好效果,可以提升实习生的专业素养和护理水平。

By analyzing the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in vascular surgery nursing practice teaching,the current nursing practice teaching mode is innovated to optimize the effect of student nursing practice.From June 2020 to June 2022,100 specialized nursing interns admitted by vascular surgery were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group.The interns in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the interns in the observation group adopted the flipped classroom teaching mode.After the practice,the internship results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing interns are compared and analyzed,and the practical application value of flipped classroom is explored.The study shows that the interns in the observation group are significantly better than those in the control group in terms of basic knowledge of vascular surgery,clinical nursing performance and teaching satisfaction rate(P<0.05).There is a statistically significant difference between the two groups.The results show that the flipped classroom has a good effect in the teaching of vascular surgery nursing practice,and can improve the professional quality and nursing level of interns.
