摘要
为对冰箱内环境中部分菌落密度及气体浓度进行监测提示,有效反映冰箱内环境状态,基于MSP430设计出一款冰箱环境监测提示装置。该装置通过检测模块的各类半导体传感器收集数据,经由Zigbee通信模块传递数据至数据处理与控制模块MSP430F149,对数据进行分析处理,从而实现对冰箱内部环境的监测。当环境数据超过按键模块设定的预警值时,语音提示模块Y3-M3会根据设定对用户进行相应语音提示。同时装置的显示模块LCD1602显示屏会实时显示冰箱内环境各项数据指标,并且使用按键模块可对报警值数据进行灵活调整。经由上述模块达到对冰箱内部环境实时、准确和灵活的监测及提示,方便使用者及时对冰箱内部环境进行清理。
In order to monitor the concentration of some colonies and gases in the refrigerator,and effectively reflect the state of the environment in the refrigerator,an environmental detection prompt device for the refrigerator was designed based on MSP430.The device collects data through all kinds of semiconductor sensors of the detection module,transmits the data to the data processing and control module MSP430F149 through the Zigbee communication module,and analyzes and processes the data,thus realizing the monitoring of the internal environment of the refrigerator.When the environment data exceeds the early warning value set by the button module,the voice prompt module Y3-M3 will give the corresponding voice prompt to the user according to the setting.At the same time,the LCD1602 display screen of the display module of the device can display the data indicators of the environment in the refrigerator in real time,and the alarm value data can be flexibly adjusted by using the button module.Through the above modules to achieve the refrigerator internal environment real-time,accurate and flexible monitoring and tips,convenient for users to clean up the internal environment of the refrigerator in time.
