摘要
随着社会经济及技术的发展,部分早期投运的电力设备已达不到现代化电力系统管理的要求,电网企业的技术改造已成为趋势。由于电网生产技改项目涉及内容繁杂、设备种类多及资金投入较大,项目管理实践中常出现竣工结算超可研估算或结算金额远远低于可研估算导致结余率较大的情况,无法实现有效地投资控制。近年来,伴随着工程造价工作不断进步,投资管理工作也日趋完善。但随着项目投入资金的约束不断增加,为让有限的资金发挥最大效益,该文针对电力技改项目投资模型进行优化研究。
With the development of social economy and technology,some of the early power equipment can not meet the requirements of modern power system management,and the technical transformation of power grid enterprises has become a trend.Due to the complex contents,many kinds of equipment and large capital investment involved in the power grid production technical renovation project,it often occurs in the project management practice that the completion settlement exceeds the feasibility study estimate or the settlement amount is much lower than the feasibility study estimation,which leads to a large balance rate,unable to achieve effective investment control.In recent years,with the continuous progress of project cost work,investment management is becoming more and more perfect.However,with the increasing constraints of project investment,in order to maximize the benefits of limited funds,this paper focuses on the optimization of the investment model of electric power technical renovation project.
