Characteristics,challenges and countermeasures of Chinese education in Japan since the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations in 1972

中日邦交正常化50年以来,日本中文教育取得了显著成果。从中文教育政策、规模、结构和支撑要素四个方面分析日本中文教育发展的特点,包括中文教育政策循序推进,规模快速扩大,结构体系基本成型,支撑体系日趋完善。然而,日本中文教育发展仍面临着一些挑战,如中小学中文教育缺乏政策支持,中文教育规模近年来呈下降趋势,中文教育结构需要进一步优化完善,中文教学资源和标准建设面临瓶颈。对此,提出促进日本中文教育高质量发展的优化对策:加强政策协调,扩大中文教育覆盖范围;深化教育合作,形成中文教育良性循环;促进结构优化,提升中文人才培养质量;协助标准研发,夯实中文教育支撑基础。

Since the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations in 1972,Japan has achieved remarkable results in Chinese education.This paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese education development in Japan from the four aspects:policy,scale,structure and supporting elements,which means progressive advancement of Chinese education policy,rapid expansion of scale,formation of the structural system on the whole,and continuous improvement of support systems.However,the development of Chinese education in Japan still faces some challenges,such as the lack of policy support for Chinese education in primary and secondary schools,the declining trend of Chinese education scale in recent years,the need for further optimization and improvement of Chinese education structure,and the bottleneck problems in construction of Chinese teaching resources and standards.In this paper,we put forward some countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of Chinese education in Japan:strengthening policy coordination so as to expand the coverage of Chinese education;deepening educational cooperation so as to form a virtuous circle of Chinese education;promoting structure optimization so as to improve the quality of Chinese talents training;supporting research and development of standards so as to consolidate the foundation of Chinese education.
