摘要
安全继电器的失效状态,主要是触点发生了故障导致不能正常工作的问题,本文分析了触点失效过程的特点,任何连接都不能通过一个统一的导体的连接完成,在继电器的电流接通的时候,触点之间的接触就会发生继电器的接触电阻,影响继电器整体的工作效率,甚至会造成继电器不能正常工作,从而影响铁路信号系统的正常运行。现在铁路系统的快速发展,铁路信号设备对继电器触点的安全以及生产的要求也是更加的严格。对继电器触点的接触电阻提出了更严格的要求,所以本文主要研究影响继电器触点接触电阻的因素,分别从以下角度进行分析:安全的生产工艺,继电器自身特性等方面努力采取一切的研究方法,分析继电器触点的接触电阻受外界的影响,对继电器触点的电阻进行研究。
The failure state of the safety relay is mainly the contact failure,which leads to the failure of the normal work.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the contact failure process,any connection cannot be completed through a unified conductor connection,when the current of the relay is connected,the contact resistance between the contacts will occur,affecting the overall efficiency of the relay.It will even cause the relay to not work properly,thus affecting the normal operation of the railway signaling system.With the rapid development of railway system,the safety and production requirements of railway signal equipment for relay contacts are more stringent.More stringent requirements are put forward for the contact resistance of relay contacts,so this paper mainly studies the factors that affect the contact resistance of relay contacts,and analyzes them from the following perspectives:safe production technology,relay characteristics and other aspects of efforts to adopt all research methods,analyze the contact resistance of relay contacts affected by the outside world,and study the resistance of relay contacts.
