基于CIBSE标准对国内建筑电梯配置发展的研究

摘要 电梯是生活中最常用的主要交通工具,其能够大大提升生活质量,给人们的生活带来便利。文章以英国英国皇家注册设备工程师协会电梯委员会编写的《CIBSE Guide D:2020 Transportation Systems in Buildings》标准为基础,以国内办公和酒店为例,探讨电梯的数量计算方法和电梯对于大楼品质的影响,最终给出最合适的电梯数量布置及控制方式,以此来对大楼的品质进行提升。 Elevator is the most commonly used main means of transportation in life,which can greatly improve the quality of life and bring convenience.This article is based on the“CIBSE Guide D”compiled by the Lift Committee of the Royal Institute of Registered Equipment Engineers,UK:Based,on the 2020 Transportation Systems in Buildings standard,this paper takes domestic office and hotel as examples to discuss the calculation method of elevator quantity and the influence of elevator on building quality.Finally,the most suitable elevator quantity layout and control mode are given,to improve the quality of the building.
