摘要
文章以厂内某抽蓄机组的水轮发电机主轴螺孔缺陷为基础,分析研究了主轴螺孔螺纹缺陷后的强度、拉伸力和伸长量,并探讨了主轴螺孔螺纹缺陷对联轴装配的影响,提出了解决方案,最后计算和比较了主轴刚强度。
Basde on the defect of the main shaft screw hole of a hydro-generator of a pumping and storage unit in the factory,the strength,tensile force and elongation after the defect of the main shaft screw hole thread are analyzed and studied in this paper.The influence of the main shaft screw hole thread defect on the coupling assembly is discussed,and the solution measures are proposed.Finally,the rigidity and strength of the main shaft are calculated and compared.
