识别二次电缆且维持剩余系统工作的装置

摘要 在实际电路检修工作场景中,电路的有源侧可能有若干电缆并接在一起而无法辨认,如需辨认,通常采用盲目试错法,这导致在试错过程中,除待测回路,其它回路系统也可能会失电,无法正常运行,且频繁试错也存在一定的安全隐患。本文创新性地运用电路隔离等技术,提出了一种可确认电缆两端同一性且在试错过程中可维持剩余系统稳定工作的电路检测装置。此装置的设计思路是通过一侧接入外置差异化电源,另外一侧监测电压数值,从而确认回路电缆的同一性。该系统包括差异化供电、电路隔离、电压监测、无线信号回传、显示等模块。 In the actual circuit maintenance work scenario,the active side of the circuit may be several cables connected together and cannot be identified.If it is necessary to identify,the usual practice is blind trial and error.This leads to the problem that during the trial-and-error process,other loop systems other than the loop under test may lose power and fail to fiinction properly.Frequent trial and error also has certain safety hazards.In this paper,a circidt detection device which can confirm the identity of the two ends of the cable and maintain the stable operation of the remaining system in the process o£trial and error is proposed by using the technology of circuit isolation.The design idea of the device is to confirm the identity of the loop cable by connecting one side of the device to an external differentiated power supply and monitoring the voltage value on the other side.The system includes differentiated power supply,circuit isolation,voltage monitoring,wireless signal return,display and other modules.
