摘要 配电网是直接面向用户的电力网,是服务民生的重要基础设施。随着我国经济技术的发展,全社会对电力的需求不断提高,保障配电网安全可靠运行变得愈发重要。其中,带电作业是提高供电可靠性的重要手段之一。实现安全可靠的配电网带电作业,要在作业时保证作业人员不被高压场强和电流伤害,由于一般配电网电压等级较低,其场强不会对作业人员造成伤害,因此,配电网带电作业主要是防止超过人体感知力和安全承受力的电流流过对人体造成伤害。在实际作业过程中,通常采取的方式是使用绝缘工具、绝缘防护用具和绝缘遮蔽产品来阻隔和减小作业时流过人体的容性和阻性电流。因此,配电线路带电作业方法分为两大类,一类为绝缘杆作业法(间接作业法),另一类为绝缘手套作业法(直接作业法),本文是将绝缘杆作业法作业人员作业中的普遍防护情况作为基础分析对象,分析绝缘防护的短板和隐患。 Distribution network is a power network direcdy facing users and an important infrastructure to serve peoplez s livelihood.With the development of economy and technology in China,the demand for electricity in the whole society is increasing,and it is increasingly important to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the distribution network.Among them,live working is one of the important means to improve the reliability of power supply.To realize safe and reliable live work in distribution network,it is necessary to ensure that operators are not injured by high-voltage field strength and cuirent during operation.Because the voltage level of general distribution network is low,its field strength will not cause harm to operators.Therefore,live work in distribution network is mainly to prevent the cuirent flow beyond human perception and safety tolerance from causing harm to human body.In the actual operation process,insulating tools,insulating protective equipment and insulating shielding products are usually used to block and reduce the capacitive and resistive current flowing through the human body during operation.Therefore,the live working methods of distribution lines are divided into two categories,one is the insulating rod method(indirect working method),and the other is the insulating glove method(direct working method).This paper takes the general protection situation of the insulating pole operators as the basic analysis object,and analyzes the short board and hidden danger of insulation protection.
