摘要
副井提升系统是矿井生产的关键,目前大部分立井提升矿井副井采用的是地轨运输系统,旧的轨道运输系统随着服务时间延长,副井口轨道质量、道床的支撑暴露的问题也越来越多,运输的风险隐患增加。文章提出一种副井口轨道加固技术,主要从轨道道床加固、轨道维护两方面对兖矿能源集团有限公司济宁二号煤矿副井下井口轨道加固改造情况进行论述,提供了一种新的系统解决方案和方法,旨在为立井提升矿井副井轨道加固改造提供借鉴经验。
The auxiliary shaft hoisting system is a key link in the mine production.At present,most of the auxiliary shafts of the vertical shaft hoisting mine use the ground rail transportation system.With the long service time of the old rail transportation system,there are more and more problems exposed in the track quality of the auxiliary shaft head and the support of the track bed,The risks and hidden dangers of transportation are also increasing year by year.This paper proposes a reinforcement technology for the auxiliary shaft track,mainly discusses the reinforcement and reconstruction of the lower shaft track of the auxiliary shaft of Jining No.2 Coal Mine of Yankuang Energy Group Co.,Ltd.from the aspects o£track bed reinforcement and track maintenance,and provides a new systematic solution and practice,aiming to provide reference experience for the reinforcement and reconstruction of the auxiliary shaft track of the shaft lifting mine.
