中老铁路沿线产业发展研究

Research on the Industrial Development along China-Laos Railway

中老铁路的开通,加速了人流、物流、资金流、信息流的流动,促进了沿线各类产业扩能升级和经贸往来,给沿线国家和民众带来了实实在在的机遇和红利。中老铁路沿线产业的发展,为促进中老经济走廊建设、地区经济发展带来了新动力,也为云南融入国家经济内循环提供了新的便利。然而,中老铁路辐射带动效应尚未充分显现,中老铁路沿线产业发展还存在基础设施建设相对滞后,产业支撑能力不足,市场主体总量不足、质量不高,与老挝“软联通”交流合作不畅等问题。可从持续推进基础设施建设、畅通铁路联运通道、强化沿线产业布局、深化合作协调机制等方面加快完善沿线产业布局,发挥中老铁路辐射带动作用。

The opening of the China-Laos Railway has accelerated the flow of people,logistics,capital and information,promoted the expansion and upgrading of various industries and economic and trade exchanges along the line,and brought tangible opportunities and dividends to countries and people along the line.The development of industries along the railway has brought new impetus to the construction of the China-Laos economic corridor and regional economic development,and also provided new convenience for Yunnan to integrate into the national economic cycle.However,the radiation and driving effect of the China Laos railway has not yet fully emerged.The industrial development along the China Laos railway still has problems such as relatively lagging infrastructure construction,insufficient industrial support capacity,insufficient and low-quality market players,and poor communication and cooperation with the“soft connectivity”of Laos.We can speed up the improvement of the industrial layout along the line and give play to the radiation and driving role of the China Laos railway by continuously promoting infrastructure construction,unblocking railway inter-modal transport channels,strengthening the industrial layout along the line,and deepening cooperation and coordination mechanisms.
