摘要 党的二十大报告对教育、科技、人才的安排部署,蕴含着在中国式现代化进程中一体化推进三者发展的本质要求和深层逻辑。聚焦理论与实践结合逻辑、上位与下位兼顾逻辑、工作与事业统筹逻辑的分析阐释,揭示出三者“以教育为基础、以科技为动力、以人才为主体”的三位一体三角协调关系,是三者一体化推进的逻辑基点。在具体的实施路径上,需要针对“教育的基础性作用发挥、人才的主体性支撑、科技的动力源助推”,坚持“走教育优先发展、人才引领驱动、科技自立自强”的道路。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)puts forward new ideas,new expressions and new requirements for“education,science and technology,and talents”,as well as the new ideas,new strategies and new measures it contains,which provide a fundamental basis for us to scientifically understand and correctly handle the relationship between the three in the new era and new journey.The research shows that education,science and technology,and talents are dialectical and unified.Among them,education is the foundation,talents are the main body,and science and technology is the driving force.“Education,science and technology and talents”can better comply with and serve the overall requirements of the construction of a socialist modern country only if they form a three-dimensional“triangle coordination”relationship,a benign interactive“cycle and mutual promotion”logic and an integrated development of“cohesion and complementarity”.In the correct handling of the relationship between the three,we should focus on the basic role of education and adhere to the priority of education development;Focus on the subjective support of talents,and implement talent leading and driving;Focus on the power source of science and technology to boost,and strengthen the self-reliance of science and technology.
