物理因子干预在体表伤口治疗中的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察针对不同性质伤口的定向理疗因子干预方案对临床常见伤口愈合进程的影响。方法共纳入2016年12月至2022年2月南京医科大学第一附属医院康复医学中心23例患者的外伤伤口、术后延期愈合伤口、压疮、烫伤伤口共计29处。在贯彻伤口湿性愈合理念换药、应用康复专科技能干预基础上,严格执行定向理疗因子干预方案,选择针对性物理因子干预,观察各类伤口愈合所需时间,并拍照记录每一伤口治疗前后情况。结果23例29处伤口中,共21例27处伤口理疗干预后愈合,余2例理疗干预好转后转院,伤口治愈率为93.1%。愈合的慢性伤口共13例17处,其理疗前治疗时间为(73.71±11.12)d,理疗治愈时间为(21.23±1.24)d。愈合的急性伤口共8例10处,理疗治愈时间为(12.30±1.51)d。结论在合理换药基础上,合理运用物理因子干预能有效加速伤口愈合的进程。针对不同性质伤口的定向理疗因子干预方案能有效促进临床常见伤口及部分难愈性伤口的愈合,可为临床常见伤口的治疗提供一定参考。 Objective To observe the effect of directional physiotherapy interventions on the healing process of different wounds.Methods From December 2016 to February 2022,a total of 23 patients in the Rehabilitation Medical Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were included,including 29 wounds of trauma,delayed healing,pressure sores and scalds.Based on dressing change under the concept of wet healing of wounds and applying rehabilitation expertise,we strictly implemented directional physiotherapy interventions for different wounds,observed the healing time of all kinds of wounds,and took photos to record the situation of each wound before and after treatment.Results Among the 29 wounds,27 were healed,and the remaining 2 cases were transferred to other hospitals.The rate of wound healing was 93.1%.Among 17 cases of healed chronic wound,the treatment time before physiotherapy was(73.71±11.12)days,and the healing time after physiotherapy intervention was(21.23±1.24)days.The healing time of 10 patients with acute wounds was(12.30±1.51)days.Conclusions On the basis of rational dressing change,rational physiotherapy interventions can effectively accelerate the process of wound healing.The intervention programs of directional physiotherapy established by this study can effectively promote the healing of common clinical wounds and some wounds with difficulty healing,this program can provide certain reference for the treatment of wound.
