基于患者视角的护士职业素养量表的开发及信效度检验

Development and reliability and validity of nurse professional quality scale based on patient perspective

目的开发基于患者视角的护士职业素养量表,检验其信效度,明确患者更希望临床护士具有怎样的职业素养,从而提高护理服务水平及患者满意度。方法结合文献回顾、患者访谈,参考《护理伦理学》和《人际沟通》教材中关于护士职业素养等内容设立条目池,通过专家二次评议、患者的预测试以及住院患者共351人对护士职业素养情况量表进行相关信度和效度的检验。结果最终版量表由3个维度,22个条目组成。量表Cronbach'sα值为0.975,重测信度为0.882;通过探索性因子分析,共提取出3个因子,因子的方差累积贡献率为86.680%。验证性因子分析结果显示各拟合指标均在可接受范围内(RMSEA=0.124,CFI=0.931)。结论开发的基于患者视角的护士职业素养量表信效度较好,用患者就医中关注的核心内容作为量表的主要条目,语言通俗易懂,适合患者填写,可作为医院站在患者角度评价护士职业素养的有效测量工具。

Objective To develop a scale of nurses'professional quality based on patients'perspective,and test its reliability and validity,clarify what kind of professional quality the patient want nurses to have,and improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.Methods Though literature review,interviews with patients,and reference to the contents of Nursing Ethics and Interpersonal Communication textbooks on nurses'professional quality,the item pool was set up.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested through two rounds of experts'consultation,the prediction test of patients and 351 inpatients'survey.Results The final version of the scale consisted of three dimensions and 22 items.Cronbach'sαwas 0.975,and the retest reliability was 0.882;Through exploratory factor analysis,a total of three factors were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance of the factors was 86.680%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that all fitting index were in the acceptable range(RMSEA=0.124,CFI=0.931).Conclusions The scale of nurses'professional quality based on the patient'perspective has good reliability and validity.It took the patient's attention as the core content of the scale.The scale is easy to understand and suitable for patients to fill in.It can be used as an effective measurement tool to evaluate nurses'professional literacy from the perspective of patients.
