The effect of acceptance and commitment therapy on psychological flexibility intervention in diabetes patients:a Meta-analysis

目的系统评价接纳承诺疗法(ACT)对糖尿病患者心理灵活性及自我管理、焦虑抑郁情绪的干预效果。方法通过查找Cochrane图书馆中心数据库、PubMed、Web of science(SCI)、Embase、ProQuest、CBM、CNKI、万方、维普数据库从建库至2022年8月ACT干预糖尿病患者心理灵活性的相关随机对照文献,进行质量评价并使用RevMan5.3进行数据分析。结果纳入10篇随机对照试验,共685例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示:接纳承诺疗法能够提高糖尿病患者的心理灵活性[SMD=0.44,95%CI(0.17,0.70),P=0.001]和自我管理水平[SMD=0.40,95%CI(0.01,0.79),P=0.04],降低糖化血红蛋白[MD=-1.07,95%CI(-1.77,-0.37),P=0.003],在减轻抑郁焦虑等负性情绪上也有一定作用。结论接纳承诺疗法一定程度上能提高糖尿病患者的心理灵活性和自我管理水平,降低糖化血红蛋白,缓解抑郁焦虑等情绪。

Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)on psychological flexibility and self-management,anxiety and depression for diabetes patients.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on the effect of ACT on psychological flexibility intervention for diabetes patients were retrieved from the Cochrane Library,PubMed,ProQuest,EMbase,Web of Science,CBM,CNKI,VIP,and Wan Fang database.The retrieval time was from inception to August 1,2022.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literature was screened.The quality of the included literatures was evaluated and the data was analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results 10 RCTs were included,involving 685 patients.Meta-analysis showed that ACT can improve the psychological flexibility and self-management,reduce hemoglobin,relieve depression and anxiety.Conclusions Current evidence showed that ACT can improve the psychological flexibility and self-management,reduce hemoglobin,relieve depression and anxiety for diabetes patients.
