氯雷他定联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of loratadine combined with fluminolone eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis

目的探讨氯雷他定联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月本院收治的104例(均为单眼)过敏性结膜炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为常规组(采用氯雷他定治疗)和实验组(采用氯雷他定+氟米龙滴眼液治疗)两组,每组各52例。对比两组患者临床疗效以及泪膜稳定性(泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色评分)及药物安全性。结果两组患者临床疗效分布差异显著(P<0.05),且实验组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者角膜荧光素染色评分、泪膜破裂时间评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者泪膜破裂时间均升高(P<0.05);实验组患者泪膜破裂时间长于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者角膜荧光素染色评分均降低(P<0.05);实验组角膜荧光素染色评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间药物安全性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组不良反应总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论氯雷他定联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎患者,有利于提高患者治疗效果,改善泪膜稳定性,降低不良反应总发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of loratadine combined with flunolone eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.Methods 104 patients(all single eyes)suffered from allergic conjunctivitis,those were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,were enrolled as study subjects.They were randomly divided into routine group(treated with loratadine)and experimental group(treated with loratadine combined with fluminolone eye drops),with 52 patients in each group.The clinical efficacy,tear film stability(tear film rupture time,corneal fluorescein staining score)and drug safety of the two groups were compared.Results There was a significant difference in the distribution of clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in corneal fluorescein staining score and tear film rupture time score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the tear film rupture time of the two groups increased(P<0.05);The tear film rupture time of the experimental group was longer than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);The corneal fluorescein staining score in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The difference of drug safety between the two groups during treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of loratadine and fluminolone eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect,tear film stability,and reduce the overall incidence of adverse reactions,it is worth popularizing.
