盐酸溴己新联合阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析盐酸溴己新联合阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效及对患儿血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月苏州市相城人民医院儿科收治的100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采取阿奇霉素静脉滴注,观察组在对照组基础上静脉滴注盐酸溴己新。比较两组临床症状缓解时间、治疗前后血清炎性因子水平。结果:观察组发热消退时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-17(IL-17)、降钙素原(PCT)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、IL-17、PCT水平低于对照组,IL-10、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸溴己新联合阿奇霉素治疗婴幼儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效确切,可降低患儿炎性反应。 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of bromhexine hydrochloride combined with azithromycin in the treatment of infant mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia and the influence on the level of serum inflammatory factors in children.Methods:A total of 100 children with mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous drip of azithromycin on the basis of conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with intravenous drip of bromhexine hydrochloride on the basis of control group.The clinical symptom remission time and serum inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The time for fever subsidence,cough disappearance and pulmonary rale disappearance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17(IL-17),procalcitonin(PCT)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-17 and PCT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bromhexine hydrochloride combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia,and can reduce the inflammatory reaction of children.
