疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的效果分析

Analysis of Effect of Tension-free Hernia Repair in Treatment of Senile Inguinal Hernia

目的:研究老年腹股沟疝患者行疝气无张力修补术的治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年3月江苏省南通市通州区刘桥中心卫生院收治的43例老年腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,均行疝气无张力修补术,分析患者肝肾功能、生活质量、睡眠质量、疼痛程度。结果:患者术后白蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶水平高于术前,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、血尿素指标低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者术后生理功能、社会功能、精神状态及总体健康评分均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者术后入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍及VAS评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝可改善睡眠质量,促进肝肾功能恢复,提高生活质量,减轻疼痛程度。

Objective:To study the effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of elderly patients with inguinal hernia.Methods:A total of 43 elderly patients with inguinal hernia who were treated in Liuqiao Central Health Center of Tongzhou District of Nantong City in Jiangsu Province from January 2017 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent tension-free hernia repair.The liver and kidney function,quality of life,sleep quality,and pain level of the patients were analyzed.Results:The levels of albumin and alanine aminotransferase of patients after surgery were higher than those before surgery,and the aspartate aminotransferase and blood urea indexes of patients after surgery were lower than those before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,social function,mental state and overall health scores of patients after surgery were higher than those before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The falling asleep time,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and VAS score of patients after surgery were lower than those before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of senile inguinal hernia can improve sleep quality,promote the recovery of liver and kidney function,improve the quality of life,and reduce pain level.
