心理治疗联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者阴性症状的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Psychotherapy Combined with Aripiprazole in Treatment of Negative Symptoms in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:观察心理治疗联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者阴性症状的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年8月阜宁县第三人民医院收治的50例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用系统抽样法分为试验组与对照组,各25例。对照组给予阿立哌唑治疗措施,试验组给予心理治疗联合阿立哌唑治疗措施。比较两组治疗效果及抑郁程度。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。治疗前,两组汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:心理治疗联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症患者,能够有效缓解患者的阴性症状及抑郁情绪。

Objective:To observe the effect of psychotherapy combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of negative symptoms of schizophrenia patients.Methods:From January 2019 to August 2022,50 patients with schizophrenia treated in the Third People's Hospital of Funing County were selected as the study subjects.By using systematic sampling method,the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given the treatment measure of aripiprazole.The experimental group was given the treatment measure of psychotherapy combined with aripiprazole.The treatment effect and depression level in two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Psychotherapy combined with aripiprazole in treatment of schizophrenia patients can effectively relieve the negative symptoms and depression of the patients.
