补肺活血胶囊联合噻托溴铵对尘肺病患者生命质量及呼吸功能的影响

Effects of Bufei Huoxue Capsules Combined with Tiotropium Bromide on Quality of Life and Respiratory Function in Patients with Pneumoconiosis

目的:观察尘肺病患者采用中西医结合治疗方案(补肺活血胶囊联合噻托溴铵)对生命质量、呼吸功能产生的影响。方法:选取2020年8月10日—2021年12月30日湖南省中医药研究院附属医院收治的80例尘肺病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组采用噻托溴铵治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用补肺活血胶囊治疗。观察两组患者呼吸功能、生命质量、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FEV_(1)、FVC、DLCO均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组FEV_(1)、FVC、DLCO均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,试验组心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组上述指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尘肺病患者选择补肺活血胶囊联合噻托溴铵治疗,生存质量、呼吸功能均得到明显改善,治疗安全性高。

Objective:To observe the influence of treatment scheme of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(Bufei Huoxue Capsule+tiotropium bromide)on respiratory function and quality of life of patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods:From August 10,2020 to December 30,2021,80 patients with pneumoconiosis in the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide and the experimental group was treated with Bufei Huoxue Capsules on the basis of control group.The respiratory function,quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),and diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide(DLCO)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FEV_(1),FVC and DLCO in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).FEV1,FVC and DLCO in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of psychological domain,physiological domain,environmental domain and social relationship domain in the experimental group(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of psychological domain,physiological domain,environmental domain and social relationship domain in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The above indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with pneumoconiosis,the treatment of Bufei Huoxue Capsules combined with tiotropium bromide significantly improves the quality of life and respiratory function,with high treatment safety.
