运动想象疗法联合针刺运动疗法对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的影响

Influence of Motor Imagination Therapy Combined with Acupuncture Kinesitherapy on Recovery of Upper Limb Function in Hemiplegic Patients After Stroke

目的:针对脑卒中后偏瘫患者上肢功能障碍,应用运动想象疗法联合针刺运动疗法,分析其对上肢功能恢复的作用。方法:选取2019年7月—2022年7月常州市武进中医医院康复科收治的80例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法与入院时间分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采取常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上采取运动想象疗法联合针刺运动疗法。对比两组上肢功能具体恢复情况及生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组上肢近端、上肢远端评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上肢近端、上肢远端评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组社会、心理、躯体、物质评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组社会、心理、躯体、物质评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:运动想象疗法、针刺运动疗法联合运用于脑卒中后偏瘫患者中,对上肢功能改善作用较好,且能提升患者的生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of motor imagination therapy combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy on the recovery of upper limb function for hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2022,a total of 80 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who were admitted the Rehabilitation Department of Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Changzhou City were selected as the study subjects.Thy were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment methods and the admission time,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group received motor imagination therapy combined with acupuncture kinesitherapy on the basis of control group.The specific recovery of upper limb function and the quality of life score were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of proximal upper limb and distal upper limb and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of proximal upper limb and distal upper limb and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in social,psychological,physical and material scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the social,psychological,physical and material scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The combination of motor imagination therapy and acupuncture kinesitherapy in hemiplegic patients after stroke has good effects on improving the function of upper limbs and improves the life quality of patients.
