火针联合常规药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Fire Acupuncture Combined with Conventional Drugs in Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:分析火针联合常规药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月—2022年6月暨南大学附属第六医院(东莞市东部中心医院)收治的42例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为两组,各21例。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予火针治疗。比较两组治疗前后疼痛、睡眠质量评分,治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组疼痛及睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛及睡眠质量评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果确切,可有效改善患者的疼痛症状及睡眠质量,降低机体应激程度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of fire acupuncture combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:A total of 42 patients with postherpetic neuralgia in The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University(Dongguan Eastern Central Hospital)from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment.The observation group was given fire acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group.The pain score and sleep quality score before and after treatment and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores and sleep quality scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain scores and sleep quality scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fire acupuncture is effective in treating postherpetic neuralgia,and can effectively improve the pain symptoms and sleep quality of patients,and reduce the physical stress level.
