自助式按摩贴敷膏防治青少年近视疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Self-Massage Ointment in Prevention and Treatment of Adolescent Myopia

目的:观察自助式按摩贴敷膏防治青少年近视的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年6月湖南省醴陵市中医院收治的158例(共301眼)青少年近视患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以自助式按摩贴敷膏治疗,对照组予以王不留行籽耳穴贴压治疗。比较两组不同治疗疗程时的治疗效果,并评价治疗组疗效稳定性。结果:治疗1、2、3个疗程时,治疗组有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组2个疗程有效率与1个疗程比较,3个疗程有效率与2个疗程比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗2个疗程有效率高于治疗1个疗程,治疗3个疗程有效率高于治疗2个疗程,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后裸眼视力、屈光度均大于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访时裸眼视力、屈光度与治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自助式按摩贴敷膏治疗青少年近视疗效显著、稳定。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-massage ointment in the prevention and treatment of adolescent myopia.Methods:A total of 158 patients(301 eyes)with adolescent myopia admitted to Liling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hunan Province between April 2021 and June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated by selfmassage ointment,and the control group was treated by auricular point sticking with cowherb seed.The curative effects of different treatment courses were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy stability of the treatment group was evaluated.Results:At 1,2 and 3 treatment courses,the effective rates in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the effective rates of the treatment group between 2 treatment courses and 1 treatment course,between 3 treatment courses and 2 treatment courses(P>0.05).The effective rates of the control group was higher at 2 treatment courses than at 1 treatment course,and also higher at 3 treatment courses than at 2 treatment courses,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The naked-eye visual acuity and diopter in the treatment group were greater than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in naked-eye visual acuity and diopter between after treatment and during follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of self-massage ointment in the treatment of adolescent myopia significant and stable.
