新时代中国法经济学自主知识体系的现实图景——基于近五年中国法经济学论坛及其学术影响的视角

法经济学是法学和经济学两大学科交叉融合的产物,是运用经济学的原理和方法分析法律问题的新型边缘学科。法经济学的交叉学科属性决定了其自身兼具经济科学的理性和法律科学的逻辑性。中国法经济学论坛在法学学者和经济学学者的共同推动下,连续举办了二十届。法经济学论坛不仅构建了法学家和经济学家对话的平台,而且推动了法经济学理论的中国化,推动了中国法经济学学术共同体的构建。新时代中国法经济学立足社会主义现代化建设的伟大实践,实现法经济学基本理论的中国化,研究范式与研究对象的本土化,逐渐形成了中国法经济学的自主知识体系、学术体系、话语体系。法经济学稳定的学术研究共同体、法经济学外来资源的本土化转向、法经济学论坛的持续推动、法学家与经济学家的合力助推共同构成了新时代中国法经济学自主知识体系的现实图景。

Law and economics is the product of the integration of the science of law and economics.It is a new type of marginal discipline that uses the principles and methods of economics to analyze legal issues.The interdisciplinary nature of law and economics determines that it has the rationality of economic science and the logic of legal science.Under the joint promotion of law scholars and economists,China Law and Economics Forum has been held for 20 consecutive sessions.The forum of law and economics not only constructs a platform for dialogue between jurists and economists,but also promotes the Sinicization of law and economics theory and the construction of academic community of law and economics in China.In the new era,based on the great practice of socialist modernization,China's law and economics have gradually formed an independent knowledge system of China's law and economics by making the basic theories of law and economics in China and the research paradigms and objects localized.The stable academic research community of law and economics,the localization of foreign resources of law and economics,the continuous promotion of the forum of law and economics,and the joint efforts of jurists and economists constitute the realistic picture of the independent knowledge system of China's law and economics in the new era.
