阴道斜隔综合征伴斜隔侧残迹输尿管积液超声表现1例
Ultrasonic manifestations of oblique vaginal septum syndrome with residual ureteral effusion:a case report
摘要
患者女,31岁,孕4产3,自诉平时月经规律,经量正常,无痛经。因体检发现盆腔囊性包块1个月就诊。体格检查:左侧附件区可扪及一直径约2.0 cm囊性包块,固定,无压痛;阴道见少量白色分泌物。经腹及经阴道超声检查:左侧附件区见一大小约8.1 cm×2.4 cm迂曲管状囊性包块,内可见密集粗大点状强回声漂浮,未探及血流信号(图1)。
