摘要
提出一种新的在试验设计中生成均匀散布试验点的有效方法,结合动力学演化方法与舍入方法,依据就近原则将样本点舍入最近的离散点。利用该方法生成具有不同水平数和因子数的564个试验设计表,这些设计表的偏差均优于传统好格子点生成的均匀设计表。通过某机床立柱的优化分析,证明使用该方法生成的试验设计表在离散变量优化方面具有更好的表现。
A new effective method for generating uniformly distributed test points in experimental design is proposed.Combining the dynamic evolution method and rounding method,the sample points are rounded to the nearest discrete point according to the principle of proximity.564 test design tables with different level number and factor number are generated using this method,and the deviation of these design tables is better than the uniform design table generated by traditional good lattice points.Taking the optimization analysis of a machine tool column,it is proved that the test design table generated by this method has better performance in discrete variable optimization.
