摘要
通过使用总体布局设计方法及对各种传动机构的评估,设计“旋转升降倾斜台”,选取合理的传动机构。针对台体的力学特性,利用三维建模软件与有限元仿真软件无缝衔接的特点,通过合理简化模型及设置仿真过程中的材料属性、连接关系、接触关系、边界条件、求解设定等,计算出更接近于实际的零部件的应力、变形结果,使用许用应力法作为强度判定准则,为设计提供有力的数据支撑,使设计成功应用于工程项目。
Through the use of the overall layout design method and the evaluation of various transmission mechanisms,the“lifting rotary tilt stage”is designed and a reasonable transmission mechanism is selected.In view of the mechanical characteristics of the stage body,the stress and deformation results of the parts that are closer to the actual are calculated,using the characteristics of seamless connection between 3D modeling software and finite element simulation software,by reasonably simplifying the model and setting the material properties,connection relations,contact relations,boundary conditions,solution settings,etc.in the simulation process.The allowable stress method is used as the strength criterion.It provides powerful data support for the design and makes the design applied to the project successfully.
