中医药辅助癌症免疫治疗的研究进展

Research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine adjuvant immunotherapy for cancer

免疫治疗是继手术、放疗、化疗后的一种新的抗肿瘤治疗方式,其中以免疫检查点抑制剂的治疗效果最为突出,但单一的免疫检查点抑制剂治疗对肿瘤患者的治疗作用非常有限。中医药治疗肿瘤具有独特优势,其辅助免疫治疗可以弥补单独免疫治疗的不足,使更多的患者受益。本文从肿瘤的免疫治疗出发,综述了目前癌症免疫治疗与中医药治疗相结合的策略,分析了联合治疗抗肿瘤免疫的机制,同时对其临床应用的前景进行了总结,以期为肿瘤的联合免疫治疗提供有效策略。

Immunotherapies are a novel anti-tumor treatment after surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy.Among them,the therapeutic effect of immune checkpoint inhibitors is the most promising,but the effect of treatment with a single immune checkpoint inhibitor in cancer patients is limited.Traditional Chinese Medicine has unique advantages as cancer treatment.Its adjuvant immunotherapy benefits patients by improving the deficiency of immunotherapy alone.Thus,in this review,we summarize the current strategies of the combination of cancer immunotherapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine,analyze the mechanism of anti-tumor immunity by combined treatment,and propose the prospect of its clinical application to provide effective strategies for combined immunotherapy of cancer by Traditional Chinese Medicine.
