Progress on Anaplasma Detection Technology

无浆体是一种重要的蜱媒病原体,随着国内外学者对其关注度的提高,其对动物和人类健康的危害性也逐渐凸显,高效、准确的诊断技术显得尤其重要。实际工作中,多种分子生物学及血清学方法被用于无浆体的检测,检出率和准确性显著提高。论文综述了近5年无浆体的检测技术,对无浆体的感染诊断提供参考。

Anplasma is an important tick-borne pathogen.With increasing people's attention to Anaplasma,its harmfulness is gradually revealed.Efficient and accurate diagnosis technology is essential.In practice,a variety of molecular biology and serological methods have been used to detect Anaplasma.The detection rate and accuracy were significantly improved.In this review,the diagnostic techniques of Anaplasma reported in the past five years were reviewed,which has important guiding significance for diagnosing Anaplasma.
