牦牛源A型多杀性巴氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:2

摘要 为鉴定青海省某牦牛养殖合作社犊牦牛死亡病因,采集死亡犊牦牛的病料进行细菌分离鉴定及药敏试验。结果显示,从病死犊牦牛中分离获得1株A型多杀性巴氏杆菌;该分离株对呋喃唑酮等18种药物敏感,对磺胺甲基异噁唑和万古霉素耐药;耐药基因检测显示,该分离株携带磺胺类耐药基因sul1、四环素类耐药基因tetA与tetB及喹诺酮类耐药基因gyrA;动物致病性试验结果显示,该分离株具有较强毒力。研究结果可为牛巴氏杆菌病的防控提供参考。 To confirm the pathogen of dead yak calves in Qinghai province,the pathogen was isolated and identified.Next the A capsular serotype identification and drug susceptibility test were carried out.The results demonstrated one strain of Pasteurella multocida present in the sick calves.Next studies showed this isolated strain was sensitive to 18 drugs including furazolidone and resistant to sulfamethoxazole and vancomycin.The drug resistance gene detection confirmed the isolate containes sulfonamide gene sull,tetracycline genes tetA and tetB,and quinolone gene gyrA.The pathogenicity test showed that the isolate has strong virulence to mice.This study provided the technical support for the prevention and control of local bovine pasteurellosis.
