Key Influencing Factors and Control of Sky Shuttle Project Cost

在国内,城市轨道交通工程正处于迅猛发展时期,各种运量的轨道交通类型层出不穷。其中低运量轨道交通(导轨式胶轮)还处于起步发展阶段,其造价关键影响因素还未研究透彻,给导轨式胶轮的推广应用带来较大挑战。本文在总结国内既有导轨式胶轮项目技术特征与造价数据基础上,通过分析其造价组成及主要技术经济指标,得出其关键影响因素,从而提出有针对性的造价控制方向,为今后导轨式胶轮项目的造价控制提供重要的指导意义。

In China,urban rail transit projects is in a period of rapid development,and various types of rail transit are emerge endlessly.Among them,low volume rail transit(sky shuttle)is still in its initial stage of development,and its cost of key influencing factors have not been well-studied,which brings greater challenge to the promotion and application of sky shuttle.On the basis of summarizing the technical characteristics and cost data of existing sky shuttle projects in China,this paper deduced the key influencing factors by analyzing the cost composition and main technical-economic indicators of sky shuttle,so as to obtain targeted direction of construction cost control,which will provide important guiding significance for the cost control of sky shuttle in the future.
