提升盐城市首位度的对策建议——基于盐城、苏州、扬州、连云港的比较分析

Suggestions on Improving the Primacy of Yancheng City:Based on the Comparative Analysis of Yancheng,Suzhou,Yangzhou and Lianyungang

首位度是衡量城市化的一个重要指标。为提升盐城市首位度,促进区域协调发展,文章使用杰斐逊的二城市指数法,以人口首位度、经济首位度、产业首位度三方面作为城市首位度计算指标,将盐城与苏州、扬州、连云港三市进行对比。研究发现,盐城市人口首位度逐年平稳上升,经济首位度低于苏州,产业首位度发展较不稳定。针对盐城市首位度现状,从增强人口的吸引力、提高经济效益、加强产业发展的协调性等方面提出改善盐城市发展现状的对策建议。以期进一步加快建设沿海中心城市,加速补齐城市发展短板,推动盐城高质量发展。

The degree of primacy is an important indicator to measure urbanization.In order to enhance the primacy of Yancheng City and promote coordinated regional development,the article uses Jefferson's two-city index method,using three aspects of population primacy,economic primacy,and industrial primacy as urban primacy calculation indicators,and compares Yancheng with Suzhou,Yangzhou,and Lianyungang.The study found that the population priority of Yancheng City has steadily increased year by year,the economic priority is lower than that of Suzhou,and the development of industrial priority is relatively unstable.In view of the current situation of the primacy of Yancheng City,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the current development situation of Yancheng City in terms of enhancing the attractiveness of the population,improving economic efficiency,and strengthening the coordination of industrial development,with a view to further accelerating the construction of coastal central cities,accelerating the filling of urban development weaknesses,and promoting high-quality development of Yancheng.
