Application of Data Visualization in Enterprise Value Management

常规的企业价值管理方法使用企业成本价值链管理,使得企业综合利润逐渐流失,造成较高的管理风险,因此,设计一种全新的企业价值管理方法解决该问题。以企业核心价值管理环节为基础,设置价值分析框架,从中提取驱动因素,构建数据可视化企业价值辅助管理平台,再输出完整的企业价值管理体系,有助于完成企业价值管理。实例分析结果表明:应用基于数据可视化的企业价值管理方法管理企业后,企业在一年内的综合利润较高。由此证明该设计方法的管理效果较好,符合企业价值管理需求,具有一定的应用价值。

Conventional enterprise value management methods use enterprise cost value chain management,resulting in a gradual loss of comprehensive profits and higher management risks.Therefore,a new enterprise value management method is designed to solve this problem.Based on the core value management process of the enterprise,setting up a value analysis framework,extracting driving factors from it,constructing a data visualization enterprise value auxiliary management platform,and outputting a complete enterprise value management system can help complete enterprise value management.The result of an example analysis shows that after applying the enterprise value management method based on data visualization to manage the enterprise,the comprehensive profit of the enterprise within one year is higher.This proves that the management effect of this design method is good,meets the needs of enterprise value management,and has certain application value.
