铁路隧道防灾系统的设计与优化研究

摘要 原有铁路隧道防灾系统依赖国外工控软件,存在软件外采成本高、自主研发比例较低的弊端。本文阐述了对该系统进行优化改进的研究工作思路和具体做法。项目团队从使用国产及开源组件替代原平台、增加自主研发比重、研究低成本的高可用方案三个方面进行创新研发,达到了提高产品市场竞争力水平、提高产品自主可控性的目的,实现了新产品的升级换代。 The original railway tunnel disaster prevention system relies on foreign industrial control software,which has the disadvantages of high outsourcing costs and low proportion of independent research and development.This article describes the research ideas and specific methods for optimizing and improving the system.The project team has carried out innovative research and development from three aspects:using domestic and open source components to replace the original platform,increasing the proportion of independent research and development,and researching low-cost and highly available solutions.This has achieved the goal of improving the level of product market competitiveness,improving product autonomy and controllability,and achieving the upgrading and upgrading of new products.
