高温胁迫下不同辣椒耐热性鉴定及生理生化特性研究

摘要 以常温处理(25℃)为对照,研究了高温(39℃)胁迫对3个辣椒材料花粉活力、相对电导率、抗氧化系统及热激蛋白基因(CaHSP16.4)表达的影响。试验结果表明:在高温胁迫下,创椒一号的热害指数和相对电导率的增幅均高于207×1和R9,而其花粉活力低于后两者;在高温处理下,R9的SOD活性呈现上升趋势,而207×1和创椒一号出现下降趋势,创椒一号的下降幅度最大;R9和207×1的POD活性在高温处理后均呈现上升趋势,而创椒一号呈现下降趋势;高温处理下R9、207×1和创椒一号的APX活性均高于常温处理下的,但前两者的升高幅度更大;在高温胁迫下,R9和207×1中CaHSP16.4基因的表达增量均高于创椒一号。总之,3个辣椒材料的耐热性表现为R9>207×1>创椒一号。 The normal temperature treatment(25℃)was used as the control.The effects of high temperature(39℃)stress on pepper pollen viability,relative conductivity,antioxidant system and heat shock protein gene(CaHSP16.4)expression were studied.The test results showed that the increase of heat damage index and relative electrical conductivity of Chuangjiao No.1 was higher than that of 207×1 and R9,while the pollen viability was lower than that of 207×1 and R9.Under high temperature treatment,the SOD activity of R9 showed an upward trend,while 207×1 and Chuangjiao No.1 showed a downward trend,and Chuangjiao No.1 had the largest decline.The POD activities of R9 and 207×1 both showed an upward trend after high temperature treatment,while Chuangjiao No.1 showed a downward trend.The APX activities of R9,207×1 and Chuangjiao No.1 under high temperature treatment were all higher than those under normal temperature treatment,but the increase of R9 and 207×1 was larger.Under heat stress,the expression increments of CaHSP16.4 gene in R9 and 207×1 were higher than those in Chuangjiao No.1.In conclusion,the heat resistance of the three pepper varieties was R9>207×1>Chuangjiao No.1.
