摘要
以不同种植基地的枳壳溃疡病叶片为供试材料,采用平板划线法对病原菌进行分离,按照柯赫氏鉴定法则对分离的病菌进行致病性鉴定,通过形态学和16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定枳壳溃疡病致病菌的种类。结果表明:从溃疡病症状的枳壳叶片中共分离得到31株细菌,其中XG7、XGZ1、XGZ2、XGZ3、XGZ8、SH9、SH10、YC1、ZS1等9株为枳壳溃疡病致病菌,菌株类型鉴定为地毯草黄单胞杆菌柑橘致病变种(Xanthomonas citri pv.citri),为枳壳溃疡病病原菌的首次报道。研究结果可为研究枳壳溃疡病的发生规律和精准防治提供科学依据。
In this experiment,the leaves with Fructus aurantii canker which were collected from different planting bases were used as materials,and the pathogenic bacteria was separated by streak plate method.The pathogenicity of the separated bacteria was identified according to Koch’s identification rule.The pathogenic bacteria types of Fructus aurantii canker were identified by morphological observation and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,and 31 bacterial strains were separated from Fructus aurantii leaves with canker symptoms,of which 9 strains XG7,XGZ1,XGZ2,XGZ3,XGZ8,SH9,SH10,YC1 and ZS1 were the main pathogens of Fructus aurantii canker,and 9 strains were identified as Xanthomonas citri pv.citri,which was reported for the first time in Fructus aurantii canker.The study can provide scientific basis for occurrence and precise control of Fructus aurantii canker.
