不同甘薯品种(系)对茎线虫病的抗性鉴定及评价

摘要 通过室内人工接种鉴定法对冀东地区主栽的11个甘薯品种(系)进行了盆栽试验,并结合甘薯不同农艺性状及其生物量指标与甘薯块根发病程度2种方法进行了室内抗性评价,分析了不同品种(系)对茎线虫病的抗性表现。结果表明,根据接种茎线虫溶液和无菌水后甘薯农艺性状的表现筛选出抗性较强品种(系)3个,腾飞(B_(8))、济薯7(B_(9))、JK147(B_(11)),抗性中等品种(系)5个,遗字138(B_(3))、北京553(B_(4))、商薯19(B_(5))、开花红(B_(6))、西瓜红(B_(7)),抗性较弱品种(系)3个,哈密(B1)、济薯25(B_(2))、JK7(B_(10));根据甘薯茎线虫病发病等级评价结果筛选出高抗病品种(系)2个,西瓜红(B_(7))、JK147(B_(11)),中抗品种(系)6个,遗字138(B_(3))、北京553(B_(4))、商薯19(B_(5))、开花红(B_(6))、腾飞(B_(8))、济薯7(B_(9)),易感品种(系)3个,哈密(B1)、济薯25(B_(2))、JK7(B_(10))。综上所述,结合2种抗性评价方法,进一步筛选出的抗性品种(系)有遗字138(B_(3))、北京553(B_(4))、商薯19(B_(5))、开花红(B_(6))、西瓜红(B_(7))、腾飞(B_(8))、济薯7(B_(9))、JK147(B_(11)),为有效防治甘薯腐烂茎线虫病提供了种质资源。 A pot experiment was conducted to identify the resistance level of 11 sweet potato varieties(species)in eastern Hebei Province by the indoor artificial inoculation method.The resistance of different varieties(lines)to Ditylenchus destructor was analyzed according to different agronomic traits,biomass indices and tuber disease degree of sweet potato.The results showed that according to agronomic traits of sweet potato inoculated with stem nematode solution and sterile water,3 high-resistant varieties(species)were Tengfei(B_(8)),Jishu 7(B_(9))and JK147(B_(11)),5 medium-resistant varieties(species)were Yizi138(B_(3)),Beijing 553(B_(4)),Shangshu 19(B_(5)),Kaihuahong(B_(6))and Xiguahong(B_(7)),and 3 weak-resistant varieties(species)were Hami(B1),Jishu25(B_(2))and JK7(B_(10)).According to the result of tuber disease incidence,2 high-resistant varieties(species)were Xiguahong(B_(7))and JK147(B_(11))and JK147(B_(11)),6 medium-resistant varieties(species)were Yizi 138(B_(3)),Beijing 553(B_(4)),Shangshu 19(B_(5)),Kaihuahong(B_(6)),Tengfei(B_(8))and Jishu 7(B_(9)),and 3 susceptible varieties(species)were Hami(B1),Jishu 25(B_(2)),and JK7(B_(10)).By combining the two resistance evaluation methods,8 resistant varieties(lines)were further selected,namely,Yizi138(B_(3)),Beijing 553(B_(4)),Shangshu 19(B_(5)),Kaihuahong(B_(6)),Xiguahong(B_(7)),Tengfei(B_(8)),Jishu 7(B_(9))and JK147(B_(11)),in order to lay the foundation for effective control of Ditylenchus destructor.
