“效益-成本”多属性区间型决策的联系数新算法

摘要 对于属性值是区间数的效益-成本型多属性决策问题,首先把区间数转换成集对分析理论中的二元联系数,再利用二元联系数中不确定性系数取示性值的原理计算出二元联系数的效应值.用此效应值计算每个方案的综合效益与综合成本的商.根据商的大小对方案集中的方案进行优劣排序,由此形成基于区间数向联系数转换的效益-成本型决策模型,此过程思路清晰,算法简明.实例应用及其与其他决策方法的比较,说明了该模型的优越性和推广应用价值. For the benefit-cost multi-attribute decision-making problem with interval number,firstly,the interval number is transformed into binary connection number in set pair analysis theory,and then the effect value of binary connection number is calculated by using the principle of indicative value of uncertainty coefficient in binary connection number.The quotient of comprehensive benefit and comprehensive cost of each scheme is calculated by using this effect value,and the schemes in the scheme set are sorted according to the quotient.Therefore,a new benefit-cost decision-making algorithm based on the transformation from interval number to connection number is formed.The process is clear and the algorithm is concise.The example application and comparison with other decision-making methods show the superiority and popularization value of the algorithm.
