Research on Asset Lean Management of Power Grid Company Taking Xi'an Electronic Power Supply Company as an Example

以数据基础、数据运营、数据赋能为思路,以西安供电公司的数据为基础,探讨构建数字化资产电子地图的主要做法,并在此基础上提出财务管理在资产精益化管理的方向和路径,为其他电网公司科学合理配置资产、进一步提升资产的效能和效用提供参考和借鉴.

According to the data of Xi'an electronic power supply company,this paper explores the main methods of building digital asset electronic map based on the idea of digital foundation,data operation and digital empowerment.And on this basis,this paper proposes the direction and path of financial management in asset lean management.The results can provide reference for the other power grid company to allocate assets scientifically and rationally and further improve the efficiency and utility of assets.
