β-葡聚糖对大口黑鲈生长、体组成和抗氧化能力的影响

摘要 以生长性能、体组成、血清抗氧化能力为评价指标,研究饲料中添加β-葡聚糖对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)的影响。选用初始均重为9.60 g左右的大口黑鲈750尾,随机分为5组,3个重复为1组,每个重复50尾。β-葡聚糖添加量为0、0.06%、0.08%、0.10%、0.12%配置5组实验饲料,分别记为G0、G1、G2、G3、G4,实验周期为56 d。随着β-葡聚糖添加量的增加,大口黑鲈末均重、增重率、特定生长率和成活率升高,但组间差异不显著,各组间饲料系数,存活率无显著差异,饲料系数随替代量增加有降低的趋势。各组间肥满度、脏体比、肝体比和肠体比无显著差异。G2、G3、G4组粗蛋白含量显著高于G0组;G3组粗脂肪含量显著低于G0组,G4组灰分含量显著高于G0组。G4组MDA含量显著降低,抗超氧阴离子能力显著升高。综上所述,本实验条件下饲料中添加β-葡聚糖可提高大口黑鲈生长性能,当添加量为0.12%时,生长性能最佳,全鱼粗蛋白质、灰分显著沉积,血清脂质过氧化物减少,抗氧化能力提高。 High-density intensive aquaculture is easy to produce the aquatic animals′immunity decreased,and the resist stress ability weakened.β-glucan as an immune stimulator is widely used in aquaculture.However,the studies in largemouth bass have not been reported.Therefore,the experiment was conducted to investigate the effects ofβ-glucan on growth performance,body composition and serum antioxidant capacity of Micropterus salmoides.A total of 750 with an initial average weight of about 9.60 g were randomly divided into five groups with three replicates per group and 50 fish per replicate.β-glucan supplemental levels were 0,0.06%,0.08%,0.10%and 0.12%,and denoised as G0,G1,G2,G3,G4,respectively.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed that,the average final weight,weight gain rate,specific growth rate and survival rate were increased with theβ-glucan supplemental level increased,the feed conversion ratio was decreased.However,there were no significant differences among all groups.The survival rate was not affected byβ-glucan.The CF,VSI,HSI,ISI among all groups were also no significant differences.Compared with G0 group,crude protein content in G2,G3 and G4 groups was significantly increased.However,the crude fat content was significantly decreased only in G3 group.However,the ash content was significantly increased in G4 group.β-glucan significantly reduced MDA content and increased anti-superoxide anion ability.In conclusion,β-glucan can improve the growth performance of M.salmoides.Whenβ-glucan supplemental level was 0.12%,the growth performance was the best,crude protein and ash content of whole fish were significantly deposited.The antioxidant capacity was significantly enhanced.These results will provide reference and guidance for the rational use ofβ-glucan in the compound diet of largemouth bass.Thus,this could improve the growth performance and stress resistance.
