机械通气联合血液灌流治疗重症有机磷中毒患者的效果探讨

摘要 目的探讨机械通气联合血液灌流治疗重症有机磷中毒患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2022年1月我院收治的80例重症有机磷中毒患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。两组患者均给予内科综合对症治疗,同时对照组采用机械通气治疗,观察组采用机械通气联合血液灌流治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后1 d、3 d、5 d,观察组的胆碱酯酶水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的意识恢复时间、胆碱酯酶恢复正常时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的救治成功率高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论机械通气联合血液灌流治疗重症有机磷中毒效果显著,可有效促进患者预后恢复,降低患者死亡率,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation combined with blood perfusion in the treatment of patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning.Methods 80 patients with severe organophosphorus poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).Both groups received comprehensive symptomatic treatment of internal medicine.The control group was treated with mechanical ventilation,and the observation group was treated with mechanical ventilation combined with blood perfusion.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1 day,3 days and 5 days after treatment,the cholinesterase levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of consciousness,the recovery time of cholinesterase and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the mortality rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mechanical ventilation combined with blood perfusion has significant effect in the treatment of severe organophosphorus poisoning,which can effectively promote patients'prognosis recovery,reduce the mortality rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
