摘要
目的探讨超声造影、细针穿刺在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年12月至2020年12月在我院进行检查的76例可疑甲状腺结节患者,均进行超声造影、细针穿刺检查,以病理结果作为金标准,分析超声造影、细针穿刺及联合诊断甲状腺结节的效能情况。结果超声造影诊断甲状腺结节的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为87.32%、40.00%、84.21%;细针穿刺诊断甲状腺结节的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为90.14%、60.00%、88.16%;联合检查诊断甲状腺结节的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为98.59%、80.00%、97.37%。超声造影、细针穿刺联合诊断甲状腺结节的敏感度、准确率优于单独检查(P<0.05)。结论超声造影、细针穿刺在甲状腺结节诊断中均有一定的应用价值,两者联用的诊断效能更高。
Objective To explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and fine needle aspiration in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules.Methods 76 patients with suspected thyroid nodules examined in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected,and given contrast-enhanced ultrasound and fine needle aspiration.Taking pathological results as the gold standard,the efficacy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and fine needle aspiration and the combined detection in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules was analyzed.Results Compared with pathological results,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules were 87.32%,40.00% and 84.21% respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of fine needle aspiration in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules were 90.14%,60.00% and 88.16% respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules were 98.59%,80.00% and 97.37% respectively.The sensitivity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with fine needle aspiration in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules were better than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusions Contrast-enhanced ultrasound and fine needle aspiration have certain application value in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules,and the combined detection has higher diagnostic efficacy.
