银杏叶提取物联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的有效性分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the Effectiveness of Ginkgo Biloba Extract Combined with Betahistine Mesylate in the Treatment of Vertigo

摘要 目的探讨银杏叶提取物联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的有效性。方法将我院收治的90例眩晕症患者随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,观察组采用银杏叶提取物联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、椎动脉血流动力学及症状评分。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的WMFT、BBS、FIM评分均高于对照组,DHI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗眩晕症的效果较好,可改善患者的眩晕症状及日常活动能力,调节脑血流动力学。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of ginkgo biloba extract combined with betahistine mesylate in the treatment of vertigo.Methods 9o patients with vertigo in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract combined with betahistine mesylate.The clinical efficacy,vertebral artery hemodynamics and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artcry and basilar artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WMFT,BBS and FIM scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the DHI score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ginkgo biloba extract combined with betahistine mesylate has better effect in the treatment of vertigo,which can improve the vertigo symptoms and daily activities of patients,and regulate the cerebral hemodynamics.
