后路手术内固定融合术治疗脊柱骨折患者的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Posterior Approach Internal Fixation and Fusion in the Treatment of Patients with Spinal Fracture

目的探讨后路手术内固定融合术治疗脊柱骨折患者的临床效果。方法将72例脊柱骨折患者随机分为两组,对照组应用前路手术内固定融合术治疗,观察组应用后路手术内固定融合术治疗。比较两组的手术相关指标、伤椎前缘高度比值、Cobb角及术后疼痛程度。结果观察组手术时间、切口长度及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d、3 d、7 d,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组伤椎前缘高度比值高于对照组,Cobb角低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论后路手术内固定融合术治疗脊柱骨折的应用效果较好,可促进患者病情恢复,增加伤椎前缘高度比值,缩小Cobb角,减轻患者术后疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of posterior approach internal fixation and fusion in the treatment of patients with spinal fracture.Methods 72 patients with spinal fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with anterior approach internal fixation and fusion,and the observation group was treated with posterior approach internal fixation and fusion.The operation related indicators,the ratio of injured vertebra anterior edge height,Cobb angle and postoperative pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,incision length and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the blood loss was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).1 day,3 days and 7 days after operation,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).3 months after operation,the ratio of injured vertebra anterior edge height in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the Cobb angle was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Posterior approach internal fixation and fusion in the treatment of spinal fracture has better application effect,which can promote the recovery of patients,improve the ratio of injured vertebra anterior edge height,narrow the Cobb angle,and relieve the postoperative pain degree of patients.
