罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩的疗效及对母婴结局的影响

Efficacy of Ropivacaine Combined with Sufentanil in Painless Delivery and the Impact on Maternal and Infant Outcomes

目的探讨罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩的疗效及对母婴结局的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月我院收治的90例产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。观察组采用罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼行连续硬膜外麻醉,对照组为常规自然分娩。比较两组的镇痛效果、产程时间、新生儿Apgar评分。结果两组产妇宫口3公分的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组宫口4公分、宫口6~7公分、宫口开全的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿1 min、5 min、10 min Apgar评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于产妇的镇痛效果显著,安全性高,促进产程顺利进行,改善母婴结局。

Objective To explore the efficacy of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in painless delivery and the impact on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods 90 puerperae admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group received continuous epidural anesthesia of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil,and the control group was given regular natural delivery.The analgesic effect,labor time and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the VAS score at 3 cm uterine orifice between the two groups(P<0.05);The VAS scores at 4 cm,6-7 cm and full uterine orifice of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first stage,second stage and third stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the neonatal 1 min,5 min and 10 min Apgar scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in puerperae has significant analgesic effect and high safety,which can promote the smooth progress of labor,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
