摘要
目的探讨白蛋白与双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸的效果及对血清胆红素水平的影响。方法将2020年6月至2022年5月我院收治的92例黄疸新生儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组给予白蛋白治疗,观察组给予白蛋白与双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血清胆红素(TBIL、DBIL、IBIL)水平及不良反应、情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清TBIL、DBIL、IBIL水平均低于治疗前,且观察组血清TBIL、DBIL、IBIL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.04%,与对照组的17.39%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论白蛋白与双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗新生儿黄疸的效果显著,可降低患儿胆红素水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of albumin and bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in the treatment of neonatal jaundice and the impact on serum bilirubin levels.Methods 92 neonates with jaundice admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with albumin,and the observation group was treated with albumin and bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets.The clinical efficacy,serum bilirubin(TBIL,DBIL,IBIL)levels and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 82.61% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum TBIL,DBIL and IBIL levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the serum TBIL,DBIL and IBIL levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.04%,which had no statistical difference with 17.39% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Albumin and bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets has significant effect in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which can reduce the bilirubin level of children with higher safety.
