全程心理干预与疼痛管理在胰腺癌患者介入治疗中的应用及对其负性心理情绪的影响

Application of Whole-Course Psychological Intervention and Pain Management in Interventional Therapy for Patients with Pancreatic Cancer and the Influence on Negative Psychological Emotion

目的探讨全程心理干预与疼痛管理在胰腺癌患者介入治疗中的应用效果及对其负性心理情绪的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2022年4月我院收治的62例行介入治疗的胰腺癌患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各31例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组应用全程心理干预与疼痛管理。比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.77%,高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05)。结论全程心理干预与疼痛管理在胰腺癌患者介入治疗中的应用效果较好,可明显改善患者的心理状态,有效缓解疼痛反应,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course psychological intervention and pain management in interventional therapy for patients with pancreatic cancer and the influence on the negative psychological emotion.Methods 62 patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2019 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received whole-course psychological intervention and pain management.The psychological state,pain degree and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).1 day,3 days and 7 days after surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.77%,higher than 77.42% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-course psychological intervention and pain management in the interventional therapy of patients with pancreatic cancer has better application effect,which can significantly improve the psychological state,effectively alleviate pain response,improve the nursing satisfaction degree,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
