摘要
目的探讨基于知-信-行模式的健康教育对高血压患者自我管理能力及血压水平的影响。方法选取2020年3月至2021年6月我院收治的80例高血压患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组予以传统健康教育,观察组予以基于知-信-行模式的健康教育。比较两组患者的自我管理能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)]及血压水平。结果干预后,观察组的ESCA各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SBP、DBP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于知-信-行模式的健康教育可提升高血压患者的自我管理能力,改善其血压水平。
Objective To explore the influence of health education based on knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)model on self-management ability and blood pressure levels of patients with hypertension.Methods 80 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional health education,while the observation group received health education based on KAP model.The self-management ability[Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)Scale]and blood pressure levels were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on KAP model can improve the self-management ability and blood pressure levels of patients with hypertension.
