多学科团队合作护理模式在心外科手术患者中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Team Cooperation Nursing Mode in Patients Undergoing Cardiac Surgery

目的探讨多学科团队(MDT)合作护理模式在心外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月于我院心外科行手术治疗的90例患者,随机分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45)。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用MDT合作护理模式。比较两组患者干预前后的自我效能感[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、疾病不确定感[Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)]及术后并发症发生率。结果干预前,两组的GSES、MUIS-A评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组的GSES评分高于干预前,MUIS-A评分低于干预前,且研究组的GSES评分高于对照组,MUIS-A评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论MDT合作护理模式在心外科手术患者中应用效果显著,可明显提高患者的自我效能感,降低患者的疾病不确定感和术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)cooperation nursing mode in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods 90 patients undergoing cardiac surgery in our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and study group(n=45).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received MDT cooperation nursing mode.The self efficacy[General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)],disease uncertainty[Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-adult(MUIS-A)]before and after intervention and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in GSES and MUIS-A scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the MUIS-A scores were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05);The GSES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the MUIS-A score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 22.22% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions MDT cooperation nursing mode in patients undergoing cardiac surgery has significant application effect,and can significantly improve patients'self-efficacy sense,reduce the disease uncertainty and the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
