亲情干预结合健康教育对脑出血患者术后恢复及情绪的影响

Influence of Affection Intervention Combined with Health Education on Postoperative Recovery and Mood of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨亲情干预结合健康教育对脑出血患者术后恢复及情绪的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年2月我院收治的100例脑出血患者,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理及健康教育,观察组采用亲情干预结合健康教育。比较两组的心理状态、日常生活能力及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组Barthel指数(BI)、Fugl-Meyer量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组社会功能、心理状态、日常生活评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论亲情干预结合健康教育可缓解脑出血患者的不良情绪,增强患者的日常生活及运动能力,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of affection intervention combined with health education on postoperative recovery and mood of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing and health education,and the observation group received affection intervention combined with health education.The psychological state,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxicty scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation groups were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Barthel Index(BI)and Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA)scores of the observation groups were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social function,psychological state and daily life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Affection intervention combined with health education can alleviate the bad mood of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,enhance the daily life and exercise ability,and improve their quality of life.
